Michelle is the Chief Partnerships Officer for Genius Group. Michelle was the former head of Leadership Development for Marks & Spencer, until 2005, when she started her own training company.
Michelle has worked with Roger James Hamilton and the team, since 2007. In 2009 she set up Talent Dynamics, the corporate/team version of Wealth Dynamics, from her kitchen table in a small village in England. Talent Dynamics quickly grew to become a global business with over 1000 licensed consultants before it was fully integrated into Entrepreneurs Institute in 2015, when Michelle joined the leadership team.
Michelle leads our internal team of project leaders and personally mentors many of our high level clients helping them generate millions of dollars in revenues.
Suraj Naik is the Chief Marketing Officer at Genius Group. He also sits on its board. Genius Group is world’s largest entrepreneur education group with over 1.4 million students in over 200 cities.
After successfully launching Wealth Dynamics and Millionaire Master Plan, where he was responsible for executing a 4 months campaign to ensure placement of The Millionaire Master Plan book on the bestsellers list of New York Times, USA Today, Amazon and Barnes & Noble, Suraj led the launch of GeniusU (www.geniusu.com)
At 24 Suraj founded an online event ticketing and registration platform which he later sold to Idea Wave Labs.
Suraj’s areas of expertise range from setting up remote development and digital marketing teams, marketing automation, CRM, big data, consulting and entrepreneurship. He holds a Masters in Business Administration.
Donna Izobella is a Creator and Head of Training & Crystal Circle Program
Donna is an entrepreneur, business growth strategist and consciousness mentor. Devoted to helping leaders achieve ultimate success in life + business. She founded a system for self-awareness and development back in 2007 based on both modern EQ principles and ancient wisdom from Chinese and Indian practices. Through LIVE IT UP 360 she has personally coached thousands of individuals to shift their patterning and step into a great self awareness and performance.
A business consultant (and former accountant) for over 20 years she has been in the trenches of over 1000 business's from a very diverse range of industries. Supporting founders and their teams with consultancy and training in both operational and strategic leadership.
In 2019 Donna joined the Entrepreneurs Institute team looking after key business partnerships and is now the program manager and Head Coach for Roger’s VIP Crystal Circle mentoring program.

At first glance, he may seem to be the successful founder and CEO of Becker Logistics, an expert in supply chain management, a swing dancer, a runner, a helicopter pilot, and a volunteer. He is, in fact, all those things.
Jim learned to focus on the journey of life rather than solely on whatever goal or endpoint may serve as a destination. On this journey, his purpose is to help the people he encounters become a higher version of themselves—to help them to live life without regrets, to feel empowered, and to act with confidence.
Jim begin each morning by reciting a quote from Groucho Marx that reminds himself, “Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn’t arrived yet. I have just one day, and I’m going to be happy in it.”
This is his personal worldview, but it positively impacts our business, too. Becker Logistics prepared for and experienced extraordinary growth over the past five years. They operate seven offices, three in Chicagoland; one in Cincinnati, Ohio; and one in Duluth, Georgia. In 2019, they expect to expand their offices to seven; one in Dallas Ft. Worth, TX and one in St. Charles, MO.
At Becker, the motto is, “If nothing changes, nothing changes.” This perspective, combined with Jim's strong belief in every employee, has resulted in top line revenue growth of 1,071% over the past 5 years.
Yvette is passionate about the greater impact that can be made with collaboration. She has been part of the EI team for a number of years, first as a client, then a partner and now today heading up remote sales globally for the company.
She started, built and sold her first business at age 21. Yvette is a qualified Project Manager, with a 20-year corporate career in financial services, where she worked with a diverse range of people. She has successfully managed multi-million dollar programs of work, nationwide and internationally; from large system integration projects, post-acquisition business mergers, new product implementations, legislative change programs, to people development and empowerment initiatives.
Since 2007, after quitting corporate life, Yvette has started and run several businesses. Over the years it’s involved coaching, mentoring and consulting to 100’s of business owners around Australia, across some 40 plus industries.
She is excited by the greater impact people can have when they work together. And is driven to increase Trust in Franchising and bring to life the UN Global Goals within the Franchise Sector.
